| Rowanne Age:28 Status: Cyborg. History Rowanne was always destined to be part of the Justice Keepers. However her actual role was dramatically changed when an assassin placed a bomb in her fathers office. The explosion killed her father outright. Rowanne herself was severely injured and it was only due to cybernetic implants that she was able to survive. She spent many months hospital bound as she struggled to come to terms with the loss of her father and the strange new body she found herself in. As time passed she found herself falling deeper into depression and it was thought that she would wither away to nothing. Her salvation came in the form of a boy who started visiting her room. Somehow he seemed to know what she was going through, telling her that he had spent his entire life in this place. In time they developed a close friendship and in time they put forward the idea that there was a need for a section of the Justice Keepers that would deal exclusively with the Stream, cyborgs and biomechs. Thus the bioheaven investigations group was formed. Although her fathers killers were never found Rowanne has never given up hope that one day she will find out who was responsible and when she does...may the heavens help them.
